What types of flight training programs does Vasi Aviation offer?

We offer Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and advanced Cirrus transition training. As a Certified Cirrus Training Center, our curriculum follows the Cirrus Approach® with scenario-based instruction and structured ground/flight lessons.

Do you offer instrument rating and commercial pilot training?

Yes. We provide instrument and commercial training in Cirrus aircraft, plus transition programs for experienced pilots.

Is Vasi Aviation a Cirrus Training Center, and what does that mean for students?

Yes. As a Cirrus Training Center (CTC), our instructors are standardized by Cirrus, the curriculum is factory-backed, and students benefit from industry-leading safety, technology, and instructional quality.

Student Experience


Do I need any prior experience before enrolling in flight school?

No experience is required. We tailor programs whether you’re brand-new or an experienced pilot.

Can I train part-time while working or going to school?

Yes. Many students train evenings, weekends, or part-time. We’ll create a schedule that works for you.

How do I schedule a discovery flight or introductory lesson?

Contact us via www.vasi.co/contact or by phone. A Discovery Flight includes 1 hour on the ground with an instructor and 1 hour in the aircraft.

Training Tools & Methods

What aircraft are used for flight training at Vasi Aviation?

Cirrus SR20 and SR22 aircraft with Garmin Perspective+ avionics, airframe parachute systems, and advanced safety features, plus FAA-approved simulators.

What is the difference between Part 61 and Part 141 flight training?

Part 61 offers flexibility (self-paced/part-time). Part 141 uses an FAA-approved syllabus with structured milestones and reduced minimum flight time. Vasi trains under Part 61 rules for maximum flexibility.

Do you provide ground school or classroom training in addition to flight lessons?

Yes. We combine one-on-one ground instruction with Cirrus Approach® online learning.

How does weather affect flight training schedules?

Safety is the priority. If weather prevents flying, we switch to ground lessons, simulators, or reschedule flights.

What financing or payment options are available for flight training?

We accept traditional payment methods and are working with financial institutions to offer financing.
